A company that has emerged as a trailblazer in the Direct Response industry, carving a niche primarily in TV and online marketing is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce & Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies and optimizing the e-commerce experience to drive sales and enhance the overall customer journey. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus
Having 2 years of experience, with an additional 1 year or more specifically focused on Shopify
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations
Support day-to-day e-commerce activities, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement
Marketing Support
Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising
Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, such as product descriptions, blog content, and promotional materials
Data Analysis
Analyse e-commerce and marketing performance metrics to identify trends and insights
Support the generation of reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations
Customer Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms
Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies
Contribute insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a unified customer experience
Provide support in executing marketing events, promotions, and partnership
