We are in search of an enthusiastic and efficient Operations Manager with a background in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate should be based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and possess strong leadership skills, motivation, and organizational acumen to oversee the operations of our growing beauty salon brand.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Operations Management
Minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager in the Beauty Industry
Willingness to work retail hours
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work with and motivate diverse personalities
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Knowledgeable in enforcing stringent operation protocols
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Leadership qualities demonstrated through leading by example
Personable, organized, punctual, and firm
Understanding and management of a walk-in service offering

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and address guest problems and complaints, developing effective resolution plans
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to employee training
Ensure all stores' machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition
Manage monthly inventory and supply cost evaluations
Maintain impeccable store cleanliness, organization, and stock management
Oversee employee and company record-keeping
Participate in employee recruitment, dismissal, and disciplinary actions
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, including sales, employee, stock, and guest reviews
Enforce brand policies outlined in the employee handbook and procedures manual
Develop and update operational sheets
Provide support to store managers in implementing brand procedures and protocols
Uphold high-quality standards in line with international benchmarks
Foster a collaborative team environment and cultivate a positive company culture
Maintain relationships with service providers
Collaborate with teams to ensure service delivery excellence
Adhere to company standards and legal requirements
Attend necessary training courses and meetings
Engage in marketing and business development through outreach and in-store marketing programs
Cultivate an inclusive environment that motivates individuals of diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals
Maintain a high standard of walk-in service offering
