Sales Representative (IT Hardware disposal) JB506 Johannesburg North R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per month + competitive commission JHB North – when required to check into the office. Area of service – predominantly Gauteng but open to Africa Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and sourcing for an open vacancy for a Sales Rep with IT equipment experience required to join this dynamic organization who are focused on the well-being of their staff. As the Sales Representative you will be required to on board new clients who require the services of the disposal of their used IT assets and have the capability to present to Senior Managers/ management teams. Educational Requirements of the Sales Representative: Completed Matric/ Grade 12. An IT relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage. 2+ years’ experience within sales specific to IT hardware. Must have existing clientele essential. Ability to generate proposals and build PowerPoint presentations essential. Ability to arrange meetings and present to Senior and Top Executives essential. Have excellent IT technical knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Representative: Full sales cycle from market research to closing the sales. Building long term relationships with new and existing customers. Responsible for cold calling and ensuring that set targets are reached. Attend internal and external sales meetings and contribute towards the development of sales strategy to improve departmental turnover. Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry. Make regular contact with clients aimed at improving sales and managing client relationship. Prepare sales reports and recommend areas for improvement. Ensure prospective customers receive latest product information.
