Junior Trust Accountant (JB3688)

Do you have a background in Trust Accounting and looking for the next step in your career journey? Our client guides and assists clients in building investment structures to establish, grow, and protect investment portfolios.

As the Junior Accountant, under mentorship, you would be responsible for the trust accounting of a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Pastel and Draftworx, with a professional approach to clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Exposure or background in Trust Accounting
Pastel Partner or similar
Draftworx
Sars E-filing
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of a client portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient services
Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
Drafting of Annual Financial Statements
Drafting of Management reports
Tax calculations including personal income, sole proprietorship, provisional tax, and trust submissions.
