Minimum Requirements
Master Technician Certification
Five or more years of experience as a Master or Diagnostic Technician for Ford, Nissan, or Mazda
EV Qualification or willingness to obtain one
Experience mentoring apprentices is preferred
Valid driver's licence and strong technical skills
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conduct electronic visual health checks and detailed reports
Perform maintenance and repairs following OEM and RMI standards
Train apprentices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
