Sales Manager (JB1303)
Westville, Durban
R40 000 – R45 000 per month CTC, with lucrative commission structure
For over 30 years our client has provided organisations all over South Africa with technical solutions and services to assist companies of all sizes in effectively running their businesses. Lead by a strong, young executive team this organisation has a new requirement for a sales manager to join their coastal division.
As the Sales Manager, you will be expected to meet personal and team targets and to successfully lead and manage a young and dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate would have 4 – 5 years sales experience within the office automation and telecommunications industry and 2 years of managerial experience.
Minimum requirements
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in OA/Telecom’s sales
Minimum 2 years in a leadership and management capacity
Proven experience in leading a sales team, with measurable results
Driven and passionate individual with a hunter type personality
Engaging and energetic personality
Must have own vehicle
Must be willing to travel
