R20 000 - R25 000 CTC per month

Seeking a Trust Accountant with a proven track record in managing trust accounts and comprehensive experience in tax matters. Minimum Requirements:
Completed finance-related degree preferred.
3 or more years with an accounting firm or other similar professional service provider.
2 or more years of experience specific to Trust Accounting.
Ability to compile Financial Statements and Tax Returns relating to Trust Accounts.
Familiarity with both the Trust Property Control Act and the Companies Act would be beneficial.
Software experience required: Draftworx; e-Filing/ Taxware and MS Office Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and tax returns for Trusts, Companies and Closed corporations.
Liaise with management, clients, and SARS.
Ensure that compliance and legal requirements pertaining to Trusts and GAAP are adhered to.
