Kwom Output Management Specialist (entry)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage KWOM & CAPPO systems, including VPSX and CUPS for print spooling
- Support Exstream for document composition and related components
- Ensure adherence to IT service management best practices and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvementEssential Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and operations
- Strong proficiency in Linux operations and administration
- Knowledge of change management and IT service management frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceAdvantageous Skills Requirements:
- Experience with output management solutions such as spooling systems and document composition (e.g., Exstream)
- Leadership skills and strong analytical abilities
- Familiarity with IT middleware platforms based on Unix/Linux OS
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SAP Output Management, and database technologies (Oracle / PostgreSQL)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or related field
- Project management qualification and/or relevant experience
