xc2xb7 Experienced in LINUX (Linux Support - operations and administration)
xc2xb7 Change Management (CM)
xc2xb7 IT Service Management (ITSM)
xc2xb7 Release Planning
xc2xb7 Start Up Management (SUM)
xc2xb7 System Monitoring
xc2xb7 Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
xc2xb7 Knowledge of BMW, YPA (Advantageous)
xc2xb7 Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
xc2xb7 Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

xc2xb7 Perform all tasks in a 100% agile manner according to the agile guidelines agreed by the department
xc2xb7 Awareness of agile roles defined within the environment
xc2xb7 Maintaining a high awareness of user needs regarding output management requirements
xc2xb7 Keeping deep knowledge about underlying BMW infrastructure master solutions, e.g Unix, Storage (SAN, NAS etc.(mounting and unmounting of Shares, Share credentials).
xc2xb7 Interacting with other IT architects as needed to ensure fitting infrastructure solutions
xc2xb7 Understanding and incorporating all relevant IT security guidelines of the BMW Group
xc2xb7 Provide or support all necessary BMW IT documentation, e.g. Operations Manuals)
xc2xb7 Ticket creation and resolving requests for incident management, change management and problem management and ITIL support processes at Enterprise level
xc2xb7 Ticket creation, co-ordination and communication with service groups responsible for failures affecting Output Management Infrastructure daily operations.
xc2xb7 Adhere to set SLAs for service delivery of Operational pre-requisites.
xc2xb7 Maintain Output Management landscape to required supportable Software version levels.
xc2xb7 Provide Output Management Operations Monitoring, support to ensure operational uptime for all business applications across multiple countries (Germany, South Africa, China, America, etc.).
xc2xb7 Support Output Management Dev/Maint Team with required Projects
