Hiring: Client Services - Account Opening (AML/DD/EDD)An excellent opportunity for a client services administrator to join a rapidly growing financial services firm based in RosebankSkills & Requirements: Essential:
- 2 Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management xe2x80xa2 Hard working
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of AML & Due Diligence Preferred: xe2x80xa2 Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements
- Opening of client accounts
- Dealing with a variety of client queries
- Updating of static data on internal systems
- Collating due diligence documentation
- Keeping records of payments, journals and stock transfers
- Providing clients with online access
- Creation of client correspondence, when necessary
- Remediation project work
