• Deliver advanced desktop and network support to a wide range of clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Work across environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Handle escalations, ticketing, and client support with confidence and clarity
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately

xe2x9cx85 What Youll Need:

• Minimum 4 years experience in advanced desktop support (L2)
• Microsoft certifications (proof required)
• Own car and valid drivers license
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting server environments, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Familiar with ticketing systems and escalation workflows

Qualifications & Skills:

• IT certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCP, or similar
• Qualification in Computer Science, IT Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently
