xc2xb7 Health and safety awareness.xc2xb7 Fair understanding of the companyxe2x80x99s quality management system.xc2xb7 Keen interest to strengthen skills in asphalt, aggregate and binder technology through training processes.xc2xb7 Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt.xc2xb7 Knowledge of performance grade testing.xc2xb7 Lead lab team and ensure results are processed as per QMSxc2xb7 Knowledge of SANAS 17025 standards.Qualifications & Experiencexc2xb7 Matric or equivalentxc2xb7 National Diploma in Civil or Chemistry advantageous.xc2xb7 At least 3 to 5 years laboratory work in asphalt and bituminous industry.xc2xb7 Evidence of experience gained with a leadership position held in the laboratory environment.
