Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for review of result quality as well as sending of laboratory reports. This will be mainly for leaves, organic material, and water.
- Retrieve, prepare and organize laboratory data efficiently for review and reporting.
- Proactively monitor that results do not take longer than agreed and take corrective action to ensure that turnaround times are met.
- Interact with clients through various channels (email, phone, visits and at trade shows).
- Responsible for relationship management of clients and act as a liaison between laboratory and client to ensure client expectations are met and addressed effectively
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in an agricultural and/or food sector laboratory.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., agronomy, plant, or soil science).
- BASOS certification will be advantageous.
- Must be / become Technical Signatory, approved by SANAS (ISO 17025).
- Proven statistical capabilities and Excel proficiency.
