NviroTek Laboratories is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Laboratory Reporting Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of laboratory results, ensuring timely report delivery, and managing client relationships.Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for reviewing result quality and sending laboratory reports, primarily for soils, leaves, and organic material.
• Retrieve, prepare, and organise laboratory data efficiently for review and reporting.
• Monitor turnaround times and take corrective action to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide technical communication with clients, including handling non-routine requests.
• Liaise with clients through various channels (email, phone, visits, and trade shows).
• Responsible for relationship management of clients and act as a liaison between the laboratory and clients to ensure expectations are met and addressed effectively.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agricultural laboratory.
• Bachelors degree in a related scientific field (e.g., Agronomy, Soil Science, Chemistry, Microbiology).
• BASOS certification.
• Experience with SANAS ISO 17025 accreditation.
• Proven statistical capabilities and proficiency in Excel.
