Job Description


It involves conducting microbiological and analytical tests on raw material and finished manufactured products. Ensuring results are correctly communicated and recorded. The role is responsible for compliance with both internal standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyse dairy samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all testing and results.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of lab experience in a dairy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Eager to learn with a proactive and motivated attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
