Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape/national as and when required with stay overs when required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in labour consulting to clients.
Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous.
Education:
B.Com Law
LLB or HR related tertiary education essential
