Job Summary Labour Law Chief Agent - Sandton - R52 000ctc LLB or B-Com Law. A Certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution Practice. Must have dealings with the councils. Experience in investigations and inspections, day-to-day running of the JHB Inspectorate Department- monitoring, assessing and enforcement of Collective Agreements, inspections, disputes are resolved. 8 years' experience as an Agent carrying out investigations and inspections, engaging with trade unions, representing a bargaining council at conciliations and arbitrations, training Agents on application and interpretation of Collective Bargaining Agreement and Labour Relations Act, Collective Bargaining, Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
