Job Description
Randwater is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing the daily, weekly on -site activities to ensure the site management plan is met and guarantee customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) plus NQF level 5
- 5 years horticultural experience and 1 year experience in supervision with IR experience work.
- D Horticulture or other relevant experience
- Valid Code 10 and PDP
- Poison application experience PCO License phase 1
- Safety and safe working procedures
- Staff management - Ensure staff working hours are compliant with RW working hours.
- Transport staff around site - when required.
- First line to handle grievances & discipline - daily & in accordance with RW procedures.
- Assist job observation with on the job training - train all staff on the correct & safe use and operation of T & P to be used.
- General horticultural aspects such as tree felling, spraying, irrigation etc. - within time, correctly to procedu, as per instructions/training
- Stock taking of T&P assets allocated to them under their control - As and when required
- Positive customer awareness - address complaints within 5 working days
- Minimize complaintsa
