Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ a Labour Relations Professional to be based in Port Elizabeth.A wonderful career opportunity awaits you.Requirements:

  • National Diploma / Degree in HR Management / Labour Relations Management.
  • At least 5 years experience in Labour Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors advantageous.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities and expectations, but not limited to:
  • Manage and enforce collective bargaining agreements.
  • Advise management on labour relations matters.
  • Develop and implement employee relations programmes.
  • Oversee grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Represent the company in labour related matters.
  • Coordinate attendance improvement programmes and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular communication with workforce representatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes in line with established procedures and practices.
  • Assist HR Manager in daily functions as required.
