Job purpose





The Labware 8 Technical Administrator, LIMS is responsible for being focused on delivery of the Change Control management, cascade for communication. Lead site documentation, training and quality related activities, i.e. master data review.



Supports Laboratory Site SME.



LIMS technology product releases - including integration to the surrounding ecosystem - aligned to Kenvue's Quality labs process transformation priorities. This person will be an administrator, supporting the site SME and Extension Lead that will be dedicated to the Labware 8 deployment which is driven by Lab of the Future program, a critical part of Kenvue's Quality of the Future "QHS30" transformation.



The program includes a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives that will modernize our Quality digital capabilities. Technology products in scope: LIMS Laboratory Information Management System, and integration to the surrounding Kenvue technology and data ecosystem (e.g. Maximo equipment calibration, equipment integration, and site infrastructure integration).



This is an Fixed term role for 12 months.


Essential duties and responsibilities




Own the build and delivery of LIMS in connection with our data and business teams. Overall accountability for execution of the LIMS application life cycle management. Manage build team, sprint execution, and overall delivery of the Labware product. Accountable for the development work getting done correctly Understand business needs and capabilities the platform can deliver Contribute to technical design by advising on the Labware 8/LIMS technical specifications. Provides technical inputs into the Lab of the Future system deployment plan and overall integrated program plan where needed. Provides required periodic progress reports, milestone activities and communications to the program management. Supports establishment and maintenance of global documentation related to the systems in scope (e.g. SOPs, WIs, user guides, etc) Contribute to Laboratory Operations Quality System in defining and implementation of strategy and defined activities. Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. Communicate status on the delivery of features, functionality, and application & platform integrations. Inform on build status and ensure releases are deployed on time. This will be achieved with robust management of our technology vendors and coordination across the build teams of our satellite systems (e.g. ERP, Empower, data platform). Proactively communicate risks to schedule or scope.
Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills/Qualification




Diploma or Degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent

3 Years experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry as an Analytical Chemist with Labware 8 or previous version experience.

Technical expert knowledge of LIMS and integration capabilities to key business applications (ERP and surrounding Labs & Make ecosystem)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and to global stakeholders
