Company DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laser cut Operator to join our project driven team at CFAM. CFAM design, manufacture, install and commission food and feed extrusion plants and related equipment. • Schedule jobs on the machine using cost saving method
• Organize workstation and manage workflow to meet the production goal
• programs, set up, operate and maintain the laser cut machine
• Monitor the laser cut machine during operation
• Make adjustments to the speed and intensity to meet the requirements of the parts
• Check all parts for quality, accuracy and precision
• Package and label the finished parts and update the Jira system
• Monitor sheet metal, gas and consumables stock levels
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laser cut machine issues.
• Keep the records of each production
• Assist with other profiling department duties where needed

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2-3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machine
