Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering requirements, analyzing user stories, conducting gap analyses, and preparing for business change. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, driving organizational change, and ensuring successful project delivery.Responsibilities: * Lead the requirements gathering process by collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements and user stories.

• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and propose effective solutions to address business needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, use cases, data models, and other relevant artifacts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions to drive consensus and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and project management.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and facilitating business change.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Experience in specific industries or domains (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) may be beneficial, but not required.
