The Lead Creative Stylist handles all inquiries to ensure the seamless execution of projects and events involving furniture rental items. The Lead Creative will work closely with the Sales Manager, Creative Stylists, Creative Assistants, Floral team, and Operations team to ensure smooth communication, timely project management, and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage Creative team members effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that allocated creative projects are managed in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and client expectations for rental item delivery and setup.
Create and maintain high-quality LOOKBOOKS, to visually communicate design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Work alongside the Sales Manager, Creative Stylist , Creative Assistants and Floral team to ensure all parties are on the same page regarding dry-hire items, setups, and client requirements.
Oversee the styling and de?cor elements of events, including furniture selection, floral design, and overall aesthetics.
Manage relationships with vendors, and suppliers to source hiring items such as, linen,lighting and de?cor elements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage and monitor expenses for creative elements of projects, and explore cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Keep the booking system up to date with all necessary information shared for smooth event planning and execution.
Work alongside the Sales Manager, Creative Stylist , Creative Assistants and Floral team to ensure alignment, clear communication, and cohesive execution of creative elements.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to continuously elevate the company's creative offerings.
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, ensuring their needs, preferences, and expectations are understood and met throughout the creative process.
Manage client expectations effectively, offering solutions and proactive communication to address any concerns or changes.
Maintain communication with the Logistics Supervisor to ensure seamless event executions,arrange sub-hiring, and coordinate with external suppliers as needed.
Take initiative in assisting other members of the creative team where needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Take social media content (photos, videos, etc.) of completed projects, collaborating with the marketing team to showcase a|CREATE's work and promote brand visibility on social media platforms.
