POSITION TITLE: LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive with proven experience in BANT and HQL calling to join our talented team. The Lead Generation Executive will play a crucial role in driving lead generation efforts and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in outbound calling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Contact Discovery through professional networking and professional websites to identify potential prospects.
Utilize pre-sales, cold calling, and lead generation techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in the company's offerings.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, tracking interactions and progress through the sales funnel.
Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies, leveraging BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and HQL (High-Quality Leads) calling techniques.
Focus on achieving targets defined and assigned by management, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Continuously assess and refine lead generation tactics based on performance metrics and feedback from prospects and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or sales development roles, with a focus on BANT and HQL calling techniques.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics, with a track record of driving measurable results.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
