The Lead Generation Specialist will support the Lead Generation Team Lead in achieving the team's objectives by generating high-quality leads, conducting presentations, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified individuals into the sales pool. The role focuses on achieving 40 presentations per month and adding 20 qualified individuals to the sales pool monthly, with a 70% conversion rate. The role will cover the Durban (DBN) and surrounding areas, as well as the Newcastle area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Conduct 40 presentations per month to potential clients, showcasing the company's retirement and discretionary investment solutions.
- Ensure a consistent flow of leads into the sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
3. Data Management:
- Accurately record and update lead information in Smartsheet.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including presentations, conversions, and pipeline status.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Lead Generation Team Lead and other team members to achieve team targets.
- Collaborate with the wealth management and compliance teams to ensure alignment with company offerings and regulatory requirements.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support the management of referral agents and stakeholders by maintaining regular communication and providing feedback on lead quality.
- Assist in organizing events or campaigns to generate leads and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
