Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist.Job summary / objective:Researching, tracking, and updating leads, making outgoing calls to develop new business, qualifying leads, and responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails, and prospects in the long-term care and customer services industry.RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Maintaining lead generation databases and conducting customer research
- Participating in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations
- Making outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contacting prospects to qualify leads
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Conducting client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Providing accurate and timely information to management
- Developing a strong knowledge of the company products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working with Western companies (predominantly US)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 1-2-year(s) experience in Lead Generation, preferably in the long-term care or customer services industry
- Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing (even better is experience in these)
