Job Summary Minimum Education and Experience:
- Degree in Commerce / Science / Agriculture
- A minimum of 7 years' experience at management level.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the development and implementation of grower programmers.
- Business development and networking
- Farmer development
- Stakeholder and client management
- Operationalizing strategy
- Legislative and regulatory context
- Knowledge of PFMA
- Knowledge Banking Products
- Knowledge of Agricultural Operations
