Qualification and Experience Required:

• B Eng./ BSc
• 7-10 years design experience
• Must have proven design skills in a working environment and passion to pursue a career in design
• Ability to lead a team of design Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Team management of Design engineers
• Design review meetings
• Ensure accuracy of project management reports (resource loading, dates, task status)
• Review new project/task scope of work and assist with quotation process
