- B Eng./ BSc
- 10-15 years design experience

- Ability to lead a team of design Engineers
- Team management of Design engineers
- Design review meetings
- Ensure accuracy of project management reports (resource loading, dates, task status)
- Review new project/task scope of work and assist with quotation process
