- Lead and manage a team focused on offsite backup solutions and cloud services.
- Plan, implement, and manage projects related to backup and cloud migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring project alignment and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize offsite backup processes, ensuring data security and compliance.
- NQF Level 6 or higher.
- Project Management certification (PM Certificate/Document).
- Extensive experience with offsite backup solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
