Seeking a Lead or Senior Traffic Engineer with expertise in project management and traffic engineering for a Professional role in KwaZulu Natal.Lead or Senior Traffic Engineer Location: PietermaritzburgReporting to: Executive Manager: Transportation-KZNDuties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for traffic projects
- Undertake projects with limited guidance
- Lead traffic and transport planning projects
- Manage, train, and mentor technical staff
- Check and supervise technical documents
- Financial management of projects
- Marketing and client liaison
- Conduct site inspections and construction monitoring
- Prepare Traffic Technical Reports
- Industry participation and contributions
- Assist with business development activities
- Procure and manage specialist sub-service providers
- Contract admin on projects as required
2 years Project Management experience, PrCPM / PMP, Pr Eng,
10 years Traffic Engineering experience, Geometric and pavement design, Public Transport Planning
