Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented
Lead Qualifying Agents
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contact potential customers in the UK, follow a structured script, and assess whether they meet specific criteria, before transferring them in real time to our UK-based sales agents. This is atemporary
month-to-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.This position is based in Pretoria East and is an office-based position. Work hours are from 9am to 5pm daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of
50 calls per day
to UK-based leads. Follow ascripted conversation
to qualify leads effectively.Accurately capture
customer information and ensure all details meet qualification criteria.Transfer eligible leads
to the sales team in real time. Maintain a high standard ofprofessionalism and clear English communication
.Requirements:
Fluent in English
with a neutral or clear accent.Strong computer skills
and the ability to work with CRM systems. Comfortable working in atarget-driven environment
. Previous experience incall centres, telemarketing, or sales

Salary: 6k basic with average gross salary of 12K (if target of 3 qualified leads per day is met).
