Your UX/UI experience will highly advantageous. You'll be joining a small but growing team committed to delivering stand-out work in B2B Brand Communications for clients across a wide range of disciplines and geographies.We're looking for a Lead Brand Designer who will be responsible for shaping the agency's clients' brands and leading the Digital Design experiences for their clients, taking ownership for the design and user experience for a range of key client's digital engagement platforms. You will help advance the clients' Digital Design and Customer Experiences through the creation of visionary and inspirational design ideas, employment of intuitive UX expertise and best practice - whilst also bringing to the table new themes in Digital Design and Customer Experience engagement trends.Part of this role is also mentoring and leading other designers in the Cape Town office. Helping them to grow and lead them in projects, offering advice and making sure their approach is right and they have the tools and expertise required to produce high-quality work.
