Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Follow recipes and ensure consistency in quality and taste. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Assist with stock control and ingredient preparation. Work collaboratively with the pastry team to create innovative and seasonal desserts. Requirements: NQF Level 6 qualification in Pastry or Culinary Arts. Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is an advantage. Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry production. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Team player with a positive attitude.
