Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs. Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained. Support the kitchen team with daily operations, including stock control and organization. Learn and develop skills across different kitchen sections. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality. Requirements: NQF Level 6 qualification in Culinary Arts or a related field. Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not essential). Passion for the culinary industry and willingness to learn. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
