The Role:
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our contact centre superheroes. Your responsibilities will include conducting energizing training sessions, developing cutting-edge training materials, and guiding our team to deliver stellar customer experiences.
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent NQF 4 level
Minimum of 2 years insurance/ financial facilitation experience within a Call Centre/ BPO environment
Exceptional communication and coaching abilities
Facilitator qualifications advantageous
Computer Literacy
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead engaging training sessions for our team
Craft innovative training materials to keep our agents at the top of their game
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Collaborate with management to continuously enhance training methodologies
Elevate our customer service game by inspiring and guiding our team
