Use your passion to drive the learning culture through a competency-based L&D framework whilst collaborating with the team to develop depth of talent and integration throughout the talent lifecycle. Establish and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders and handle L&D- related reporting, statutory submissions and other important administrative responsibilities.What's in it for you?

Required core competencies:
  • Honours or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Organisation Development, Education and Training (OD-ETDP)Use bullet points.
  • Registration as an Assessor and Moderator.
  • At least 5 years of experience establishing and managing learning and development programmes and operations with experience of identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous. improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to design and deliver learning solutions to support key initiatives with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Experience of procurement, contracting and flexible budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders at all level.
