We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to scope, design, and implement impactful learning programmes that align with compliance requirements and business objectives. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee performance and ensuring the business has the right skills for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Programme Design & Delivery
Develop and implement high-quality L&D programmes that engage learners and drive results
Ensure training initiatives align with business and HC objectives
Conduct training audits to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas
Learning Needs Analysis
Collaborate with business leaders to assess skills gaps and develop strategic L&D solutions
Design interventions that align with best practices in learning methodologies
Identify and manage external training providers
Workforce Capability & Performance
Partner with managers to develop employees and support career growth
Oversee the onboarding journey to ensure seamless integration of new employees
Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability
Collaboration & Change Management
Work closely with key stakeholders to embed a strong learning culture
Support the organisation in becoming more agile through learning interventions
Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Experience required for this position
8+ years' experience in Learning and Development
3 years or more of experience as an L&D Manager/Specialist where you were responsible for scoping, designing and implementing L&D programs
* Strong understanding of learning methodologies and adult education principles
