Job Summary Description:
Hire Resolve's client is actively seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join their mining team in the Western Cape. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Designing and developing engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
• Coordinating and delivering training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
• Managing training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant communications.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Researching and implementing best practices in learning and development.
• Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree/Diploma in HR
• Diploma in ODETDP
• Technical Qualification (Trade/Mining/Engineering)
• 8 years' experience within the mining industry.
• Assessor and Moderator Certificate
• Experience in Learning Management Systems
