Our client is looking for a pioneering individual who will be responsible for a broad range of objectives, but with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion and learning and development. You'll need to hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology or similar with solid experience in a similar role. With strong facilitation and communication skills, you'll be a great team player with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of employment legislation and the full HR lifecycle would be advantageous in this role.
