Our client, a leading frozen logistics operator in South Africa, is seeking a dynamic Learning, DEI & Change Manager to drive their organizational development initiatives. This company provides multi-temperature warehousing and distribution, supply chain intelligence, and innovative logistics solutions to food manufacturers, food-service groups, and national retailers.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge learning and development programs that propel employee growth and enhance customer-centric operations
- Spearhead innovative DEI initiatives to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align learning, DEI, and change management strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of learning specialists and administrators
- Analyze data to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions in learning, inclusivity, and change adoption
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate learning, DEI, and change management into all business processes
