This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Monitor and maintain the quality standards of training programs.
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits to identify and address any issues.
• Implement corrective actions to improve training effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall business goals.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development management, in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English
