Provide an engaging learning experiences that drive professional growth and skills enhancement.
Manage and optimize LMS platforms for effective content delivery and learner engagement.
Oversee the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
Perform the full SDF functions, including skills audits, compliance reporting, and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop innovative solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs for continuous improvement.
Oversee the training approval process
Timeous vendor payment monitoring and tracking
BBBEE Skills pillar reporting, tracking and monitoring and verification

Team Management
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in learning design, LMS implementation, and facilitation.
Strong knowledge of accreditation processes and SDF practices.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning effectiveness.
