Learning management AdministratorAcacium GroupWoodstock, South AfricaPermanent, Full timeZ18,000 Per month plus up to 15% bonus alongside great benefitsUnlock your potential:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Management Administrator to join our eLearning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and general client support, ensuring the smooth operation of our learning management system (LMS).This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment within a business that offers unique healthcare solutions across health, social care, and life sciences.Every day you will

• Administrate and maintain the LMS to ensure effective use of the system.
• Provide Customer Service and general client support
• Liaise with our Digital Content Developers to manage and troubleshoot any issues and improvements with the elearning portal.
• Set up new clients and manage client accounts on the elearning portals
• Handling administrative task and duties

• Strong Customer service and Administration experience in a similar environment
• Experience using Learning Management Systems
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritise according to deadline
• High level of experience using Microsoft excel
