Our Client in the Property Industry is seeking someone with strong Administrative and Organizational skills, who is able to handle a large Rental Portfolio with a substantial workload to join their team.REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in property management or administration (1-3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and real estate regulations.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

1. Renewals
? Notify tenants and landlords of upcoming lease expirations and renewals within the required timeframes.
? Inform relevant agents about units approaching renewal.
? Provide agents with a detailed report on properties, including tenant payment and maintenance history.
? Negotiate new lease terms between tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and timely communication with
all parties.
? Prepare and maintain renewal and vacating reports, ensuring they are consistently up-to-date.
