Following up on outstanding rent (problem tenants)
Vacating/renewing tenants on MDA
Sending out renewal lease emails
Arranging in goings and outgoings:
Communicate with maintenance department - re white box requirements for new tenants.
Supply sufficient information / documents to maintenance department for maintenance to be done on a unit (after outgoing inspection) eg; previous ingoing inspection sheets to compare to.
Fibre in the centres (documents/arranging access/surveys/mailing)
Email building issues (parking in the wrong bays/signage issues)
Responsible for monitoring security and cleaning staff at your assigned buildings and addressing non-performance and complaints.
Completing signage forms and following up
Security site visits (when complaints get to much)
Dealing with cleaners and maintenance issues regarding cleaners
Additions to building for tenant/new tenants - coordinate with professionals/ contractor/Lessee.
Prepare Rent rolls for Bank/Agents
Logging Eskom/City of Cape Town issue tickets - for the buildings assigned to you.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Retail/Commercial leasing.
Proficient in English & Afrikaans (Write/Speak)
Microsoft Outlook
Excell
Microsoft Word
(knowledge of MRI Property program or similar will be to your advantage)
Reception/switchboard relieve - when needed (i.e staff on leave, sick, or maternity leave)
