Job Description

The Department of Business Management strives to be a leading academic

department that exemplifies excellence and innovation in the disciplines of Business

Management and Human Resources Management in South Africa. The Department

is looking for qualified academics to enhance its teaching and research activities. We

are seeking to strengthen and deepen our teaching and research competencies.

Accordingly, applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment

to the position.

REQUIREMENTS:





A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology. A minimum of two years' teaching experience at tertiary institution. Demonstrable interest in research. Ability to work together in a team context.

Duties:



Teach at least three of the following modules: Labour Relations, Career Management, Work Behaviour, Behaviour Measurement, Consumer Bahaviour,


Training Management and/ or Organisational Behaviour.


Contribute to the research environment within the department's research profile. Participate in department research and third stream activities. Participate in and perform designated community engagement duties.
