Job Description
Are you an experienced and established Legal Advisor with exposure to the logistics , manufacturing and the supply chain industry and a solid track record in litigation, due diligence and legal research?My client, a manufacturing and logistics company is looking to hire a Legal Advisor to join their team. If you can hold your own, had a deep technical understanding of POPI, CPA and the National Credit Act then theyre looking for you!Duties:
- Contracts/Agreements - reviewing, drafting, negotiating and execution
- Compliance - POPI, NCA & CPA
- Pre-litigation debt collection
- LLB & an admitted attorney
- 3 years post-qualified in litigation
