Overview: A leading corporation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in unlisted properties. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for corporate and property law, and investment management, to join a team of self-driven professionals.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on general property, corporate, and commercial law matters and transactions.
• Conduct legal research, offer opinions, and advise on corporate/commercial and property law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial agreements.
• Manage and assist with legal due diligences.
• Identify and implement new and amended investment legislation.
• Oversee litigation processes.
• Advise on policies and procedures related to properties.
• Manage conveyancing aspects of properties.
• Assist with various projects and manage legal instructions and attorneys on the panel.
• Provide training to staff.

• LLB degree.
• 3-5 years post-admission experience in corporate and property law, and investment management.
• Admitted attorney of the High Court; admission as a Notary and Conveyancer is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of asset and property management.
• Ability to conduct thorough research.

• Expertise in corporate law and investment management.
• Proficient in drafting corporate finance and real estate agreements.
• Strong accounting and financial skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities.
• Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Effective project management and influence skills.
