Legal & Compliance OfficerMultinational Freight Management & Logistics company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to oversee the day-to-day compliance of the company. Matric. Law Degree (BA Law / BCom / LLB). Completed articles with experience in Commercial Law. Working knowledge of Companies Act, POPI, Labour Legislation, Consumer Protection Act & National Credit Act. Assist with employment disputes & represent the company in disciplinary hearings & CCMA matters. Assist CFO with credit management (shipping & trade finance) & assess risks on an ongoing basis. Draft & prepare legal security documents as & when required by the credit underwriters. Drafting & vetting company policies to ensure they comply with relevant legislation, including vetting of lease agreements & renewals. Collate company's insurance policies together with CFO to ensure effective risk control & cost management. Email: / 031-2658474
